- Take a shoulder width or a narrower stance to stand on a 8 inches platform.
- Keep the feet flat beneath the bar.
- Bend over to hold the bar using a shoulder width or a little wider grip.
- Lift the bar to an upright position till by extending the hips and the knees. Keep the knees straight.
- Pull the shoulders back if rounded.
- Bend your hips to lower the bar to the top of the feet.
- As the bar approaches the feet, bend at the waist.
- Repeat the exercise.
- Maintain arms and knees in a straight position.
