Pushups - Chest


  • Sit on the floor on your knees.
  • Place your inner palms flat against the floor slightly wider than shoulder width.
  • Rise on your arms so that your shoulders are directly over the hands.
  • Move back your feet with your toes on the floor.
  • Your knees should be off the floor.
  • Keep your legs straight.
  • Maintain a straight posture of the body in a straight line from your shoulders to the ankles.
  • Keep your head and neck in line with the body and look downwards.
  • Bend you elbows to get down until you nearly touch the floor.
  • Repeat the exercise for your desired number of reps.
  • Use your knees if you want to reduce the intensity of the exercise.
