Lever Preacher Curl


  • Be seated on a preacher curl machine.
  • Use the pads for resting the back of the arms.
  • Bring the elbows in line with the fulcrum of the lever, at the same pivot point.
  • Rest the armpit near the top of the pad by adjusting the seat.
  • Use an underhand grip to hold the lever handles.
  • Flex the elbows completely by raising the lever handles. Keep the back of the upper arm rested on the pad.
  • Lower the handles to the arm’s full extension.
  • Repeat the exercise.
