- Facing away from the machine, hold the handles of the pulley.
- Get back from the machine to lift the weight stacks.
- Keep your feet at a distance of 24” from each other.
- Lean to the front with elbows locked and hands in line with the nipples. Move the arms to the front.
- Move the arms back, in a semicircular motion. Make the palms face each other.
- Bring the hands in line with the sides by bending the arms at the elbows.
- Keep the hands 12” away on each side of the chest.
- Bring the hands back to the starting position.
- Inhale while moving back; exhale forward.
