Seated Two-Arm Palms-Up Low-Pully Wrist Curl - Forearms


  • Keep a bench in front of a low pulley.
  • Place the bench at a respectable distance form the pulley to support the weight.
  • Using palms up grip hold the handle with both the hands.
  • Be seated on the bench with your feet on the floor, at a distance of about 16 inches from each other.
  • Lean forward slightly. Keep your forearms on your upper thighs.
  • Place your wrists over your knees
  • Holding with a tight grip, lower the handle as far as you can.
  • Start curling the handle as high as possible.
  • Avoid any movement of the forearms.
