- Keep a bench in front of a low pulley.
- Place the bench at a respectable distance form the pulley to support the weight.
- Using palms up grip hold the handle with both the hands.
- Be seated on the bench with your feet on the floor, at a distance of about 16 inches from each other.
- Lean forward slightly. Keep your forearms on your upper thighs.
- Place your wrists over your knees
- Holding with a tight grip, lower the handle as far as you can.
- Start curling the handle as high as possible.
- Avoid any movement of the forearms.
