Lever Seated Fly


  • Rest your back on the pad of the machine on which you are sitting.
  • Hold the handles, using both hands, at shoulder height.
  • Bend the elbows a little while internally rotating the shoulders to get the elbows back.
  • Apply pressure to push both the lever handles together.
  • Return to a position where the chin muscles are stretched.
  • Repeat the exercise.
