Incline Cable Flye - Chest


·         This exercise is similar to the ‘Flat bench Flye’.

·         Lie down on the incline bench on an angle of 30 degrees.

·         Using the arc-motion, hold the attachments over your chest; your arms should be slightly bent.

·         Lower the arms in a wide arc to the shoulder level.

·         Follow the same path to arrive at the starting position.

·         Apply tension on your pectorals throughout the entire motion.

·         When on top, squeeze hard.
