PEC DECK MACHINE


·         Place yourself comfortably on the machine.

·         Squeeze the pads by bringing in the hands and the elbows together.

·         Keep the upper arm in level with your shoulders.

·         Gently bring the pads back to the starting position.

·         Breathe in as you squeeze, breathe out as you release.
