- Hold dumbbells in each hand, over the shoulders, while you lie against your back on an incline bench.
- While holding the dumbbells, the palms should face each other.
- Keep your arms close to the sides as you lower the dumbbells to the sides of the chest.
- Follow the same path to get back to the starting position.
- Keep your arms close at all the times.
- Inhale while moving down; exhale while going up.
