Cable extension Rotation


  • Sit sideways next to a low pulley.
  • Use the farther arm to hold the dumbbell cable attachment.
  • Keep your elbow to the side.
  • Maintain the forearm across the belly.
  • Rotate the shoulder externally to pull the cable attachment away from the body.
  • Keep your elbows to the side at a fixed 90 degrees angle, throughout the exercise.
  • Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise.
  • After the desired reps, turn to the other side and switch arms.
  • This exercise can be performed in a standing position, using a medium high pulley.
