- Sit sideways next to a low pulley.
- Use the farther arm to hold the dumbbell cable attachment.
- Keep your elbow to the side.
- Maintain the forearm across the belly.
- Rotate the shoulder externally to pull the cable attachment away from the body.
- Keep your elbows to the side at a fixed 90 degrees angle, throughout the exercise.
- Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise.
- After the desired reps, turn to the other side and switch arms.
- This exercise can be performed in a standing position, using a medium high pulley.
