- Place the upper chest just above the grips on a lever machine, while you sit on it.
- If the machine has a foot lever push it forward till it comes within the grasping range.
- Use a wide overhand grip to hold the grips. Maintain your elbows outwards.
- Slowly, release the foot lever.
- Keep pressing the lever until the arms are fully extended.
- Let the weight to return until the chest muscles are slightly stretched.
- Repeat the exercise.
