Lever Incline chest Press


  • Place the upper chest just above the grips on a lever machine, while you sit on it.
  • If the machine has a foot lever push it forward till it comes within the grasping range.
  • Use a wide overhand grip to hold the grips. Maintain your elbows outwards.
  • Slowly, release the foot lever.
  • Keep pressing the lever until the arms are fully extended.
  • Let the weight to return until the chest muscles are slightly stretched.
  • Repeat the exercise.
