Hand Gripper Forearm Exercise


  • Hold the gripper handle and start tightening it.
  • Keep on squeezing until the grip or the forearms are no longer in a position to work any further.
  • Switch hands.
  • Perform the same number of reps with each hand.
  • Not every time shall you be able to close the gripper completely.
  • This exercise can be performed in a sitting or a lying position also.
