Lever Chest Dip


·         Attach the handles of the dip machine using a wide stance.

·         Be seated and use an oblique grip to hold the handles.

·         Lean to the front.

·         Keep your elbows away from the body as you push the lever down.

·         Return to a position where the chest is slightly stretched.

·         Repeat the exercise.
