Reverse Cable Curl - Forearms


  • Stand in front of a Low Cable Pulley Machine.
  • Hold the cable bar using an over handgrip at shoulder width.
  • Keep your elbows to the side. Lift the bar until the forearms are vertical.
  • Lower the attachment until the arms are fully extended.
  • Avoid moving your elbows during the entire exercise.
  • Repeat the exercise.
