SEATED BENCH PRESS


  • Sit on a Bench Press Machine.

·         Place your back firmly against the backrest of the chair.

·         Push the weights out in front of you.

·         Gently lower under control.

·         Throughout the entire exercise, keep your hands at the chest level.

·         Breathe comfortably during the exercise.

·         Do not use foot-pedals of the machine.
