Newspaper Hand and Forearm Exercise


  • Use one hand to hold the seat of a newspaper.
  • Start the exercise by gathering the newspaper from the corner. Keep gathering the paper until it is completely folded into your palm.
  • After gathering completely, mould the paper into the form of a ball and squeeze it.
  • This exercise can be performed in a sitting or a lying position too.
