Straight-Arm Dumbbell Pullover


  • Lie on a bench with your feet flat on the ground. Your head should be at the edge of the bench.
  • Keep your hands flat on the inside plates of the dumbbell at arm’s length above the chest.
  • In a semicircular motion, lower the dumbbell behind the head, without experiencing pain.
  • Maintain a straight position of the elbows.
  • Return the plate to the starting position.
  • The exercise can be performed using a barbell.
