- Lie down on a flat bench between two cables.
- Position the bench in such a way that your chest is in line with both the cables.
- Hold the cable attachments with your palms facing up.
- Bend your elbows a little and maintain the bend throughout the exercise.
- Pull the cables together and squeeze your chest.
- Touch both the attachment above your chest.
- Stretch your muscles to the full in the pulling position.
- Start lowering down. Repeat the exercise.
- This exercise can be done using dumbbells or on an incline or a decline bench.
