Flat Bench Cable Flyes - Chest


  • Lie down on a flat bench between two cables.
  • Position the bench in such a way that your chest is in line with both the cables.
  • Hold the cable attachments with your palms facing up.
  • Bend your elbows a little and maintain the bend throughout the exercise.
  • Pull the cables together and squeeze your chest.
  • Touch both the attachment above your chest.
  • Stretch your muscles to the full in the pulling position.
  • Start lowering down. Repeat the exercise.
  • This exercise can be done using dumbbells or on an incline or a decline bench.
