Incline Dumbbell Bench With Palms Facing In - Chest


  • Lie down on an incline bench set at 45 degrees.
  • Hold a dumbbell in each hand and keep them on your thighs.
  • Raise the dumbbells, one by one, to a position above your shoulders with the palms facing each other.
  • During the entire exercise, maintain a flat posture of your back and shoulders against the bench.
  • Start lowering the weights slowly.
  • Exhale while lifting.  Breathe in while lowering.
