- Lie down on an incline bench set at 45 degrees.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand and keep them on your thighs.
- Raise the dumbbells, one by one, to a position above your shoulders with the palms facing each other.
- During the entire exercise, maintain a flat posture of your back and shoulders against the bench.
- Start lowering the weights slowly.
- Exhale while lifting. Breathe in while lowering.
